Brooke J. Egan

Brooke has extensive experience with preventative law counseling and advice;  complex contracts related to all aspects of operations; property issues; employment and labor relations; intellectual property; and transactional matters, such as asset transfers.  Her legal services include preparation of documents and contracts relatedto businesss formation and operations and mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and closing contractual documents.

A registered patent attorney, Brooke is experienced in trademark and copyright prosecution and litigation, licensing, unfair competition and deceptive trade practices, misappropriation of trade secrets, and intellectual property rights.

Her clients have included shipping and manufacturing operations; investment companies; media; entertainment; the energy sector, including oil and gas companies; and professional partnerships. Her legal services include negotiating, reviewing, and drafting complex contracts, leases and surface use agreements, and purchase and sale agreements; products liability; insurance defense; and workplace issues.  Her experience extends to operational issues of sole proprietorships; partnerships; and a variety of corporate entities, including subchapter S corporations, C corps, LLCs, and non-profits.
